The Little Black Church
This was one of the very first Black Churches that I sought out. Located on the western side of the country, smack dab in the middle of a Lava Field, it is an incredible site to see. On one side the majestic mountains tower over the lava field, with this lone church raised above it all. The country has many black churches, often in very remote locations, but always rewarding to find and photograph. This sweeping image gives a sense of scale to this part of the country.
