Coming up for Air
Summers are always so crazy busy for me with our Inn & Pub, that I rarely have space in my head to write and share. Thus, my posts are like some form of sine wave, Fall - Spring lots of action and the summer basically nothing… Oh well, such is life.
So, lots of cool stuff is beginning to happen. The most exciting news is the site that my buddies and I have just launched, called 3Fstops.com - It is a collaborative effort between the three of us to share our words, images, and travels on a multitude of topics. Anything from trips to gear and all the other good stuff in between. Head over if you can and check things out.
I just got back from a great motorcycle trip on the BMW R1250GSA through the White and Green mountains. Sublime camping and riding, but I must admit, I did not take too many images, which you know, is ok. Sometimes, as I say, we just need to be in the moment.
However, I really just got back from a 3Fstops trip to Chicago and will be posting some of those images soon. I love that city and we had an amazing time, walking, photographing, eating, drinking and being excited about life. For that trip, I took the Leica M10M a 50mm, a 24mm and a 75mm. I shot most everything with the 50 and 24, finding it incredibly difficult to focus the 75mm without a EVF. Here is hoping that we see something new from Leica tomorrow on the M11/EVF front.
